Orlando Eyecare

Orlando EyeCare, gave me exactly what I needed. A pair of eyeglasses that I could finally see my computer with. I was frustrated for the last 2 years of not being able to work freely on my computer. Dr. Robert Smith and his staff, actually listened to my concerns and followed through with giving me what I needed. Thank you Orlando EyeCare!

I also have a positive experience at Orlando Eye Care. From being greeted upon entering to the personal care that Dr. Smith and his staff gives. I’ve been with this office for over 50 years and would not trust my eye care to any place else.

May 15th 2026: Outstanding Dr. Robert Kirk Smith... Highly experienced.. Staff working for him are awesome..like Rucha, Sebastian and the manager i did not get her name... Now, we have not gone to the doctor for all these years, whereas the entire Staff and Doctor remembers us. They were asking my family where am I especially Lisa and Sarah! :) This is amazing. Very rare.... Finally, we all went on September 7th 2016-Wednesday this week (4 days ago) … They all state, I bring smile and happiness during our visit. We had to take a Walk-in for Mother-in-law Mrs. Neelam Sinha on September 7th 2016 Wednesday. Lisa in the front desk was super helpful to get us going or get us in.. Very nice. Same goes Lisa -Nursing Practitioner who works with Doctor-she states "I should remain the same" making or bringing smiles.... her quote “I should not change” for Others, she might say, but for me, she states I remain the same. Sarah - another great person is wonderful... They all excel in the work. Very nice, polite, courteous even though they could be swamped... Same goes with Dr. R Kirk Smith. He does not mince words. He tells the expensive ones and why we need... very logical, really cares... he states you guys are back. Wonderful memory ... Possibly we are unique from drjustkidding.com now we got Patent also from US Trade Patent office...that could be reason:)) Please ensure to send a nice note for the above. Wonderful. We should never forget the good deeds, traveling extra mile to help us should be known to the world. Without their help, we could not have seen the doctor for mother-in-law on the same day and time… Really appreciated what all you guys do. Super good work. How good they are should be known to this world. This way, world can see or aware the great work they do… since they all know I speak my mind or as well honesty, truth, ethics and integrity is always on top …everyone has seen me through words, actions and deeds. As they all know I am on Various Non-Profit Boards in the town or around the world. What I promise and I deliver. Or slogan I have is “Promise less and deliver more” Thanks again sri

Dr. Smith and his team go above and beyond to ensure their patients' comfort and satisfaction. My husband and I have entrusted them with our eye care for over forty years. We really appreciate their care and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

My brother and I want to thank all the people at Orlando Eye Care for their great customer service and time. I do however, would like to mention every person who worked with us. First, the charming Ms. Rucha, her patience and kindness on the phone and in person is so much fun. Her delightful chuckle and laughter had us laughing along with her. The young lady Ms. Jakahla was kind and so very patient. She carefully explained each step. We really appreciated that. Dr. Gilbert is a genuine and real professional. This dear man LISTENED to our questions he did not rush us, the best bedside manner in the business. He was the ultimate professional, he was also very compassionate. We did not feel as if we were on a conveyor belt being rushed through the examination. Ms. Trina took us by the proverbial hand and carefully walked us through the buying of the best frames. The prices “aint bad either.” Mr. Alejandro helped us when we picked up our glasses, he made sure that the glasses were a perfect fit. He encouraged us to return whenever we needed an adjustment to the frames. Then, there is Mr.Sebastian, who did not work with us, but he has such a cheerful and upbeat personality. We enjoyed watching him move around. If you are looking for high level examinations with a bit of old school customer service thrown in, well this is the place. You will be treated with kindness and dignity.

Dr. Smith and his staff are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable; this is why I've been "seeing" them for almost 30 years! :) I highly recommend them for your eyecare!

This is hands down the best office ive been to in a very long time. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile from Rucha who will answer your questions and review your appointment and related information. Carolina has a contagious laugh and smile you can't help but get wrapped into her positivity i loved every minute. Sebastian was there to help with technical factors and answered questions about the instruments used in the office. Overall the hype is real. They deserve 10 stars if possible.
